A historic converted barn set on a working Welsh farm near Hay-on-Wye. Perfect for couples, friends or families who want to explore the beautiful countryside along the border of England and Wales.

There are two bedrooms, living and dining areas, a loft with a large sofa, board games, and gorgeous views of the old farm from every window. Sleeps four, with a kingsize bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. The bathroom features high-end fixtures and hand-made ceramic tiles in the shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, cookware, plates, glasses and cutlery. 

 
 

Grade II listed Hayloft was built around 1750 as a single-storey rubble-built cow-house with a second floor added as a grain store. Conservation craftsmen restored the building in 2022, and Hayloft is now a comfortable, stylish and characterful holiday let. 

Walk the Offa’s Dyke Path to Hay-on-Wye, the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains. Exclusive fishing is also available on our stretch of the River Wye.

 
 

Guests can enjoy a full-size table football game on the ground floor, TV, central heating, wifi, plenty of parking, and a grassy courtyard featuring an old stone cider press.
